Grenville Completes Investment in APO Group Inc.
Toronto, Ontario, October 20, 2014 /Marketwired/ – Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. (TSXV: GRC) (“Grenville”) is pleased to announce that it has contracted for a gross sales royalty from APO Group Inc. (“APO Group”) in exchange for an advance of $1,000,000 with an option, if agreed upon by both companies, to advance an additional $1,000,000. In exchange for this advance, Grenville will receive a royalty based on APO Group’s gross revenue within Grenville’s average royalty rate of between 1% and 4%
APO Group, with the Abaca Solution and SmartBOOK service offerings, is a privately-held, Canmore, Alberta based provider of outsourced accounting services to small-to-medium sized accounting firms in North America. APO Group provides clients with standardized tax, bookkeeping and general accounting utilizing North American GAAP and IFRS qualified CPAs based in the Phillipines. APO Group was established in 2006 and today has more than 30 staff based in Canmore, Alberta and Bacolod City, Philippines.
